Deletion that removes part of CalpA. Generated by imprecise excision of P{GSV6}CalpAGS9103.
Imprecise excision of P{GSV6}CalpAGS9103 results in a deletion in a deletion that removes the amino-terminal end of CalpA. It is reported as 1157bp (+25bp) which is interpreted as a 1157bp deletion with 25 bp (of residual transposon?) inserted at the excision site. The excision breakpoints were inferred from the insertion site coordinate.
