      Expression of brpC-tip.UAS.CFP,Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4RapGAP1-OK6 or Scer\GAL4VGlut.PD in larvae significantly reduces locomotion, compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4RapGAP1-OK6 additionally significantly increases paired-pulse depression of excitatory postsynaptic currents (eEPSCs) in muscle 6, compared to controls.
