Deletion of most of the coding region of CG11236 ( 2L:6803390..6804121 , FB2018_02). The mutant proteins are predicted to contain the first 94aa because of deletion of 284 bp to 889 bp (CG11236-RA) or 284 bp to 880 bp (CG11236-RB) from each transcript which result in frameshifts.
