      Expression of Klp10AUAS.cWb under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU results in failure to prune all ddaC dendrites by 16 h after puparium formation (APF), unlike controls; ddaC dendrite arbors are simplified at the white prepupal stage, compared to controls.

      Expression of Klp10AUAS.cWb under the control of Scer\GAL4477 or Scer\GAL4ppk.PU in larvae results in an increase in plus-end out microtubules in ddaC dendrites, compared to controls.
