      Expression of Klp10AUAS.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU results in failure to prune all ddaC dendrites by 16 h after puparium formation (APF), unlike controls; ddaC dendrite arbors are simplified at the white prepupal stage, compared to controls.
