Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of six tandem copies of the miniSOG photosensitizer protein, which can be used for labeling of subcellular components for electron microscopy. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Myr(Src64B) (resulting in the protein localizing to the cell membrane) and at the C-terminal end with two copies of TagRFP.
