Description

An αTub67C promoter drives expression of the stau PA isoform carrying mutations mutations in dsRNA-binding domain 4 (amino acid replacements R742A and R744A in region 2, and K764E, K765A, and K768A in region 3). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with mGFP6.
