UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a yki cDNA (LD21311 clone). The coding sequence is tagged with the C-Venus split fluorescent fragment. Designed to be used in a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
