Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length hpo cDNA. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA and at the C-terminal end with C-Venus. Designed to be used in a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
