Description

The endogenous Irp-1A transcription unit has been replaced with a wild-type genomic copy of Irp-1A that is flanked by FRT sites (allowing its excision by FLP). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of the Tag:FLAG tag.
