Description

21bp deletion in the first exon of the rdgC-RB transcript, removing the start codon and splice donor site. The rdgC S protein isoform is not expressed in this mutant. The M protein isoform is expressed at elevated levels compared to wild-type controls. The L protein isoform is expressed.
