Description

Sequence encoding the oc homeodomain has been deleted from the endogenous oc locus. A sequence cassette that contains a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker flanked by loxP sites (allowing subsequent removal of this marker from a targeted locus) and a single attP site has been inserted during the mutagenesis event.
