A Tag:FLAG tag has been inserted into the endogenous sfl locus at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence of the full-length sfl protein encoded by the linear RNAs of this locus. The tag is also at the N-terminal end of the protein encoded by the circular RNA (circRNA) that is produced by the sfl locus.
