Description

Deletion within the endogenous fne locus; the two sgRNAs used to generate the deletion were designed to remove the mini-exon plus 151bp upstream and 175bp downstream flanking sequence. In addition, sequence encoding the Tag:FLAG and Tag:V5 epitopes has been inserted, at the N-terminal end of the fne open reading frame.
