Genomic fragment (BACR48M07 BACPAC clone) that encompasses the ImpL2 transcription unit (including its regulatory sequences). The GAL4 coding sequence is inserted downstream of the exon specific to the RC isoform, which is expected to result in the GAL4 driver being expressed in the pattern of this particular ImpL2 isoform.
