Part of otp exon 4 (including the translation start site of the hindgut-specific transcript) and all of exon 5 have been deleted. A loxP cassette containing a w+mW.hs marker has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.

Comment:

Part of otp exon 4 (including the translation start site of the hindgut-specific transcript) and all of exon 5 have been deleted. A loxP cassette containing a w+mW.hs marker has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence. The deletion endpoints were determined from the reported primer sequences used to generate the homology arms.
