Description

A asl fragment containing sequence from 2kb upstream of the predicted initiator methionine through to (but not including) the stop codon. Thirteen potential SAK phosphorylation sites have been mutated (to an Ala residue in each case). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mKate2.
