Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the full-length toy coding sequence (derived from the GH14454 cDNA clone), tagged with the Tag:HA epitope and the C-YFP non-fluorescent split fluorescent protein fragment. Designed to be used in a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
