UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of Sas-6 carrying a L447A amino acid substitution; this mutation abolishes the ability of Sas-6 protein to bind Gorab protein in vitro. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with 3xTag:FLAG.
