Description

20xUAS regulatory sequences are fused upstream of an FRT cassette that contains sequence encoding 'TopHAT2' (a Drosophila codon-optimized form of the artificial Top7 scaffold protein embedded with seven copies of Tag:HA separated by Gly linkers) tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Myr(Unk). The FRT cassette is followed by sequence encoding ChrimsonR fused to Drosophila codon-optimized tdTomato. In the absence of FLP recombinase, only the Tag:Myr(Unk)-tagged TopHAT2 protein is expressed.
