Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\MBNL1 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. The ORF (originally amplified from the ccsbBroadEn_00980 clone) has been mutated to carry p.V45A (c.134T>C), a variant associated with Autism Spectrum disorder (PMID:25363768).
