Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\ITGA8 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. The ORF (originally amplified from the 100015316 clone) has been mutated to carry p.R748C (c.2242C>T), a variant associated with Autism Spectrum disorder (PMID:25363768).
