Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\P4HA2 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. The ORF (originally amplified from the 100011494 clone) has been mutated to carry p.G153E (c.458G>A), a variant associated with Autism Spectrum disorder (PMID:25363768).
