Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\TRPM6 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. The ORF (originally amplified from the 100062461 clone) has been mutated to carry p.T2011P (c.6031A>C), a variant associated with Autism Spectrum disorder (PMID:25363768).
