Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\USP30 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. The ORF (originally amplified from the ccsbBroadEn_12851 clone) has been mutated to carry p.P200S (c.598C>T), a variant associated with Autism Spectrum disorder (PMID:25363768).
