The FRT cassette in TI{TI}AGBEFCF has been excised, removing the AGBE transcription unit and leaving a single FRT site in its place.
AGBEFCF- flip-out clones in the prothoracic gland (by the expression of FLPase under the control of Scer\GAL4phm.PO that excises the cassette of AGBEFCF) lead to an enlarged ring gland in third instar larvae, which is red auto-fluorescent to UV.
