AGBE^FCF- flip-out clones in the prothoracic gland (by the expression of FLPase under the control of Scer\GAL4^phm.PO that excises the cassette of AGBE^FCF) lead to an enlarged ring gland in third instar larvae, which is red auto-fluorescent to UV.
