A 5-bp deletion in exon 3 of cGlr2 (which is shared by all cGlr2 isoforms), resulting in a frameshift, leading to termination of translation after insertion of a 32 amino acid extension (HDRRIDPGSSLGNVPVRAKDSKRPEGRRDQPE).

Comment:

A 5bp deletion in cGlr2 that leads to a frameshift and early translation termination after the addtion of 32 novel amino acids (HDRRIDPGSSLGNVPVRAKDSKRPEGRRDQPE). The mapped deletion is consistent with the reported sequence CCCC.....GAACATG and amino acid extension but does not match the reported position.
