Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of cDNA sequence encoding the chic-RB isoform (including 5'UTR and 3'UTR sequence). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with 32 repeats of the SunTag(v4) peptide. A single FRT site is present in the 3'UTR sequence.
