      Dnaaf3ΔCR homozygous males are viable but sterile, despite their ability to mate; their seminal vesicles are devoid of motile mature sperm. Adults are uncoordinated, with reduced climbing activity, and larvae fail to respond to a brief 1000-Hz tone.
