Description

A donor construct designed for homologous recombination at the jbug locus has been inserted into the genome rather than homologous recombination occurring; both homology arms and a loxP cassette containing a w+mW.hs marker have been inserted. The insertion disrupts the jbug-RI and jbug-RF/M/N isoforms.
