Comment:

Net deletion of three bases in a 12bp span leads to early translation termination after 5 amino acids. There are multiple scattered single base substitutions downstream of the stop codon. Note that the nucleotide sequence for ClC-cd1 corresponds to the translation for ClC-d2 and vice versa in Flgure 2 of FBrf0252516.
