Comment:

Deletion of two bases separated by four bases leads to early translation termination after the addition of 41 novel amino acids. There are also multiple scattered single base substitutions downstream of the stop codon. Note that the nucleotide sequence for ClC-cd1 corresponds to the translation for ClC-d2 and vice versa in Flgure 2 of FBrf0252516.
