Description

A sequence cassette that encodes the T2A peptide plus the GAL4(DBD)::Zip- hemidriver has been inserted into the endogenous NPF locus, allowing the separate expression of the hemidriver under the control of endogenous NPF regulatory sequences. A loxP cassette encoding a Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker has also been inserted during the mutagenesis event, downstream of the split driver sequence.
