3157bp deletion that removes all of the su(Hw) open reading frame (coordinates 3R:14307954..14304798 , release 6 genome). A sequence cassette encoding 1. a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker flanked by loxP sites and 2. a single attP site have been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
