Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}mGluRMI02169 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in a coding intron of mGluR (in the gene-trap orientation relative to the gene) and is predicted to trap the gene with a T2A-GAL4 cassette. Predicted to trap 1/4 annotated transcripts; the insertion in 3 transcripts is in an intron with a different reading frame (phase 2).
