Description

The primary stop codon of the endogenous tj locus has been mutated to UUC (this should result in constitutive translational readthrough). Three copies of the Tag:FLAG epitope have been introduced immediately upstream of the second stop codon and a single loxP site is present downstream of the coding sequence.
