Description

Three tandem UAA stop codons have been introduced immediately downstream of the primary stop codon of the endogenous tj locus (this should completely abolish translational readthrough). Three copies of the Tag:FLAG epitope have been introduced immediately upstream of the second stop codon and a single loxP site is present downstream of the coding sequence.
