Description

The sqh promoter drives expression of a mutated form of RhoGEF2 in which the pleckstrin homology (PH) domain has been replaced with the RhoA binding domain (RBD) from scra. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with mNeonGreen. sqh 3'UTR sequence is also present.
