nanos regulatory elements drive expression of a transcript that encodes two open reading frames separated by a 2A linker (this results in separate translation of each protein). The first ORF comprises sqh tagged with tdTomato. The second ORF encodes tdKatushka2 tagged with the Tag:CAAX(hKRAS) membrane targeting sequence.
