Description

The endogenous fne intron containing the n-fne mini-exon has been replaced by the n-fne mini-exon without adjacent intronic sequence; this forces inclusion of the mini-exon into the protein. Generated using the TI{TI}fneFLAG chromosome as the progenitor, thus the elav coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG and Tag:V5.
