Description

GMR regulatory sequences drive expression of a GAL4::VP16 driver that is tagged at the N-terminal end with both a nuclear localization signal and with the ligand-regulated Tag:degron(ecDHFR) destabilizing domain. A second copy of Tag:degron(ecDHFR) is present downstream of the GAL4::VP16 coding sequence.
