Description

A 2A-GAL4 sequence cassette has been inserted into the endogenous 5-HT7 locus, at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame. The presence of the 2A peptide results in the GAL4 driver being expressed as a separate protein under the control of endogenous 5-HT7 regulatory sequences.
