Description

A synthetic fragment composed of 4 CATAC (clock-associated transcriptional activation cassette) motifs from the Pdp1 gene region, mutated so that each CATAC motif contains six transversion (A to T or C to G) mutations, is fused upstream of a Hsp70 basal promoter followed by GAL4.
