5.7kb deletion (coordinates 3R:6332160..6337923 ) that removes exons 13, 14 and the full 3'UTR of the homeodomain-encoding isoforms of the hth locus (isoforms -RA and -RC). An attP site and a single loxP site are present in place of the deleted sequence.
