Description

A 3084bp aub promoter fragment drives expression of a AGO3 cDNA (including 5'UTR and 3'UTR) that encodes the F isoform. The catalytic triad of residues has been mutated from DDH to ADH (this is predicted to inactivate endonuclease activity).
