Description

Deletion within the first exon of TkR86C (deletion extends from the start codon to the end of the exon). Sequence encoding the lexA::p65 driver has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence. A loxP cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker has also been inserted, into the first intron.
