Genomic fragment that encompasses the entire jbug transcription unit, with the sequence for a GFP tag inserted into the sixth coding exon 6. It results in the expression of GFP-tagged proteins from jbug transcripts RF, RL and RN and the expression of untagged proteins from all other transcripts under native control.
