    Description

    Genomic sequence has been inserted into the attP site in TI{TI}chers24, reconstituting a cher locus in which sequence encoding immunoglobulin-like domains 14-21 has been deleted. The transcription start site for the small cher90 isoform has been omitted, resulting in the absence of this isoform. The cher coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mGFP6, resulting in all expressed isoforms being tagged.
