    Description

    Genomic sequence has been inserted into the attP site in TI{TI}chers24, reconstituting a cher locus in which sequence encoding immunoglobulin-like domain 22 has been deleted. The transcription start site for the small cher90 isoform has been omitted, resulting in the absence of this isoform. The cher coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mGFP6, resulting in all expressed isoforms being tagged.
