UASt sequences regulate expression of a mutant form of drpr in which four Asn sites have been replaced with Gln (amino acid substitutions N183Q, N358Q, N504Q and N630Q), rendering them inaccessible for N-glycosylation. The coding sequence is tagged with EGFP.
